With respect, I am of opinion that the views of Macdonnell, J.A. in Koos v. McVey, supra, are correct and the conclusion is irresistible that the words “any person being carried in, or upon, or entering or getting into, or alighting from such motor vehicle” mean any person other than the owner or driver.
