What is the burden of proving that a bull was responsible for the death of a plaintiff?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Tarasoff v. Zielinski, 2009 CanLII 92493 (SK QB):

Although the action here is based not on negligence but on the law with regard to dangerous things as laid down in Rylands v. Fletcher, L.R. 3 H.L. 330, 37 L.J. Ex. 161, still the principle above stated would apply as regards the burden which rests upon the plaintiff of showing that the bull was responsible for the death of the deceased.
