The Court in Wakelin v. Gourley, supra, at para. 24 determined that the solicitor has an obligation to give evidence of all steps taken to ascertain the identities of the proposed defendant, and therefore, the court may conclude that the facts provided by the solicitor constitute the entirety of such steps.
