How have courts applied the term "lawyer’s approval" in a contract?

Alberta, Canada

The following excerpt is from Rahall v. Tait, 2006 ABQB 587 (CanLII):

Argue v. Shortread, 1984 CarswellBC 153 [B.C.S.C.] applied the parole evidence to incorporate the term "lawyer’s approval" into the contract. It is somewhat instructive in that in the present case the concerns over the new home being completed were not an issue for the Sellers at the time of signing the contract, and in fact arrangements were made to move in with relatives if the new home was not completed by August 1.
