In Arthur v. Bassett Enterprises Ltd. Mr. Justice Finch also found no duty on the realtor to inspect for soundness or to discover structural defects. Furthermore, it was the purchaser’s responsibility to inquire into the nature and quality of the premises subject of their proposed purchase.
