I find the plaintiffs are entitled to damages represented by the difference in the contract price and the value of the land at a date which gives them a reasonable time to sell the property after the breach. This would give the plaintiffs a reasonable time to mitigate their loss: Radford v. De Froberville,  1 W.L.R. 1262,  1 All E.R. 33.
