What is the evidence against the father in a personal injury action brought against the mother of their children?

Saskatchewan, Canada

The following excerpt is from Tosczak v Tosczak, 2011 SKQB 388 (CanLII):

The father disputes the allegations regarding his work habits and his devotion as a parent. He filed 10 affidavits relating to what a wonderful parent and person he is and accuses the mother of handing off the children to daycare and his own mother frequently while she attends fitness classes and otherwise amuses and entertains herself. He argues that she is a less than tidy housekeeper and that he has himself been fully involved in the care and upbringing of his children since their birth. The affidavit evidence is lengthy and conflicting. I direct counsel to paras. 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Shiplack v. Shiplack 2008 SKQB 254, 317 Sask. R. 223 with regards to the type and number of affidavits.
