The court must preserve the integrity of and the respect for the administration of justice by ensuring that parties understand that wilful breached or court orders have consequences. A parent has an obligation to take reasonable means to ensure that their child complies with the law (See Beregeron v. Roy, [2011] O.J. No. 460, at par 13).
