This decision was followed by Collver J. of this court in Turner v. Cuttler, [1997] B.C.J. 1014, where defence counsel was accused in the statement of claim of wilfully, deliberately, and intentionally committing perjury during a taxation hearing before a master, and for failing to act properly as an officer of the court in a chambers hearing, where it was alleged he made misrepresentations of fact and was deceitful in nature.
