What is the standard of conduct of a lawyer who counsels a client in breach of a court order?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Macgregor (Re), 2019 LSBC 26 (CanLII):

The nature of the conduct here is of a mixed character. At its base, we observe that it is the duty of all lawyers in this province to uphold the orders of our courts and not counsel clients to intentionally breach those orders (see Law Society of BC v. Kirkhope, 2013 LSBC 18). As the Law Society argued, counselling respect for court orders is fundamental to the role of lawyers in our legal system.
