The chambers judge cited Estey J. in Canadian National Railway v. Harris, 1946 CanLII 43 (SCC), [1946] S.C.R. 352 at 386 for the statement: “that which is incidental is something which is usually or naturally associated with or arising out of the work of transportation.”
