In Byrne v. Byrne (above) Justice Blair, at paragraph 33, framed the private school extraordinary expense issue in that case as follows: “The questions to be determined are whether the expense is necessary in relation to the child’s best interest and the reasonableness of the expense having regard to the means of the parents, the means of the child, and the families spending pattern prior to separation.”
