However, there is no cause of action for breach of natural justice or statutory breach. Allegations that are properly addressed by judicial review do not support a cause of action: Deep v. Ontario, [2004] O.J. No. 2734, at paras. 50 and 51, aff’d [2005] O.J. No. 1294. These paragraphs do not disclose a cause of action.
