Moir v. Landry, supra, indicates that the period of delay where presumed prejudice should be applied would be limited to cases where the delay was extremely lengthy, as in Martell, Savoie and A.J.M. On the basis of these cases, I am unwilling to make a presumption of prejudice in this case.
