Again, a similar conclusion was reached by Madam Justice Chappel in Damaschin-Zamfirescu v. Damaschin-Zamfirescu, 2012 ONSC 6689. The court concisely outlined some of the policy reasons behind the court’s power to vary interim support orders as derived from the court’s inherent jurisdiction to amend interlocutory orders. At paras. 18-20, she wrote:
