The court here did not have the necessary information because plaintiff never established the "issues [were] so interrelated that it would have been impossible to separate them into claims for which attorney fees are properly awarded and claims for which they are not . . . ." (Akins v. Enterprise Rent-A-Car of San Francisco (2000) 79 Cal.App.4th 1127, 1133.) Consequently, we reverse the award of legal fees and expenses and remand the matter to the trial court to make that determination.
