2. Although Delaware Valley involved the attorney's fees provision in 42 U.S.C. S 1988 and Christiansburg addressed the attorney's fees provision in Title VII, 42 U.S.C. S 2000e-5(k), the two provisions are interpreted to be the same. See Hensley v. Eckerhart, 461 U.S. 424, 433 n.7 (1983).
