There is no evidence defendant proved the fact that was the subject of request 14, that plaintiff falsely alleged he had never been investigated for a crime. As defendant acknowledged in her motion for attorney fees, plaintiff admitted in an interrogatory answer that the allegation was "'an inadvertent scrivener's error.'" Moreover, defendant has not shown how this fact had "at least some direct relationship to one of the central issues in the case, i.e., an issue which, if not proven, would have altered
