I am prepared to find that the respondent benefited from the applicant paying the respondent’s portion of property maintenance. I do not find, however, that the applicant has demonstrated she suffered any deprivation. She had the benefit of residing in the property rent-free: Dhillon v. Brar, 2019 ONSC 4066, at para. 24.
