The respondent submits that terminating his obligation to pay spousal support when he turns 65 is appropriate in this case. He submits that indefinite support is not appropriate given the uncertainty regarding the claimant's financial situation and work prospects, and what level of support she will need: Leskun v. Leskun, 2006 SCC 25 at para. 38.
