When a child is attending school away from home, is the child's child entitled to child support?

British Columbia, Canada

The following excerpt is from Kim v. Hong, 2013 BCSC 587 (CanLII):

According to Wesemann v. Wesemann, 1999 CanLII 5873 (B.C.S.C.), the usual Guidelines approach may be inappropriate where the child is attending school away from home because the parent receiving the child support payments will be relieved of some of financial responsibilities of a person living in the household, and the child has the ability to earn some income.
