When the plaintiff left the property, these items of work were left to be done in order to bring the house to lock-up state and complete the contract: i. Install blue membrane around the sides and bottoms of the exterior windows and doors; ii. Install the exterior siding; iii. Install the exterior door giving outside access to the crawl space under the house; iv. Installation of the deck boards; and v. Purchase of a policy to insure the plaintiff’s performance of its obligations under the new home warranty the contract specified.
