Thus, a lack of standing is a failure to state a cause of action on which relief can be granted, not a lack of fundamental jurisdiction. And that is a distinction that makes a difference here, because "a collateral attack will not lie . . . for failure of the complaint to state a cause of action [citation]." (Molen v.
