In Fowler v. Bratt, supra, the contract between the owner and agent was not in writing. The facts as set forth in the judgment of Evershed, M.R., with whom the other judges concurred, are that the agent was to find a purchaser as distinguished from finding a person ready, willing and able to buy. This is clearly set forth at the top of p. 663 of the report.
